Preschool Registration & Tuition Chart for 2009-2010 School Year

Preschool Registration Fee:

A registration fee equal to one month's tuition amount is payable at the time you register and turn in an enrollment application for your child. This is a one-time fee that is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is in addition to and not a part of regular monthly tuition payments. The registration fee reserves your child's spot in a class and is used to cover each new school year's startup costs. If an enrollment application is received with the appropriate registration fee attached, we cannot guarantee a reserved spot in the class you request. If you register prior to the first day of school, the registration fee is the only money due at the time you return your child's enrollment application. The first month's tuition payment is due the first day of school in September. If a student enrolls after the beginning of a new school year, the registration fee is still required and will be prorated based on the remaining months in the school year. Enrollment on the first day of school or later will require payment of both the registration fee (prorated depending on enrollment date) AND the tuition for the month in which the student begins attending. Registration fee terms apply to all enrolling students throughout the school year.

Preschool Tuition:

Tuition payments are separate from the registration fee. Annual tuition is divided into 9 monthly payments for the school year (September through May). May's tuition amount is divided in half and collected along with the September and October tuition payments at the beginning of the school year. Therefore, what you pay in September and October will be more than the November through April tuition payments. You will not have to make a tuition payment in May because it is collected at the beginning of the school year. Tuition is due the first day of each month and is considered late after the 10th of each month. Tuition is not pro-rated for short-term or long-term absences.

Payment Methods Accepted:

Registration and Tuition payments can be made by check, cash, or money order. We are not setup to accept debit or credit cards. If you pay in cash, please obtain a cash receipt from office personnel for your records. We cannot guarantee cash payments that are left in the school office without notice or in the tuition collection mailbox by the school office door if a cash receipt was not received by you as proof of payment. Checks sent to us from your online banking service are accepted.

Tuition Discounts:

Additional Child Discount:  There is a 10% tuition discount for the second and each additional child in a family enrolled in the school. The oldest child is considered the first child.

Combined Class Discount:  A 15% tuition discount is given on the combined monthly tuition for a child who enrolls in both a 2-day Tues/Thur and 3-day Mon/Wed/Fri class (i.e., $145 + $130 = $275.00 less 15% discount = $234.00). The registration fee and monthly tuition fee for 5-day attendance in a combined class would then be $234.00. This discount cannot be combined with the "additional child" 10% discount.

Age Requirement:  Must be Age 5 (five) by September 1st
First Day of School for 2009-10 Kindergarten:  August 17, 2009
Kindergarten Orientation Day: August 14, 2009 (10:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon)

Kindergarten Registration Fee:

The registration fee is payable at the time of registration. This is a one-time fee that is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is in addition to and not a part of regular monthly tuition payments. Enrollment applications received without the registration fee are not considered complete and the student enrolling cannot be guaranteed a spot in the kindergarten class. There is no Book/Supplies/Testing Fee for Kindergarten. Redeemer does not require uniforms.

Kindergarten Tuition:

Tuition payments are separate from the registration fee. Payment options are described in the chart above. Tuition is not prorated for short-term or long-term absences. School records requests for students who have a balance remaining in their Tuition Account at the end of the school year will not be released or forwarded to the new school until the balance has been received in full by Redeemer School.

Tuition Discounts:

There is a 10% tuition discount available for the second and each additional child enrolled in kindergarten. This discount cannot be combined with the "Single Annual Payment" discount.
